Add-On Services You Can Count On
Most rentals are simple: drop, fill, pick up. Some are not. An estate that needs the bin loaded for you. A contractor who fills a 20 yard by Wednesday and needs a fresh one Thursday morning. A cottage closing where the pickup has to happen on a Saturday.
That is what our add-on services cover. Loading assistance, same-day and next-day swaps, weekend and after-hours pickups, extended rental periods, additional tonnage allowances and dedicated loads for heavy material like concrete, brick and soil.
Because we are locally owned and dispatch our own five trucks, the answer to an unusual request is usually yes. Ask the office when you book, and if we can make it work we will price it clearly before anything happens.
Why Add-On Services Matters
One phone call adjusts the rental to your reality: your timeline, your access, your material and the amount of help you actually want.
Loading Assistance
Crew help for estate clearouts, seniors downsizing, or anyone who would rather not lift it themselves.
Same-Day Bin Swaps
Fill it faster than planned? We will pull the full bin and set an empty one on the same visit.
Weekend & After-Hours
Pickups scheduled around a closing, an event or a jobsite deadline where we can.
Extra Tonnage
Heavier than expected? Buy additional weight up front at a clear rate instead of a surprise invoice.
Heavy Material Loads
Dedicated bins for concrete, brick, soil and shingles, priced and routed to the right facility.
Recurring Service
Standing schedules for builders, property managers and renovation crews running multiple sites.

We Schedule Around You
Swaps, help and pickups are booked to your timeline, including tight jobsite windows.
Job Handled
Material is removed, sorted and disposed of, and the site is left clean.

“Very good customer service. Straight-up pricing, on-time drop-off and pickup, and they even put down wood to protect my driveway. Very professional and easy to use company.”
“We've used BYB three or four times over the last five years and have never had any problems. Personable, highly responsive, and professional, and always pleasantly surprised with the cost.”
Add-On Services, Questions & Answers
Can you load the bin for me?+
Yes. Loading help is available for estate clearouts, downsizing, garage and basement cleanouts, and any job where you would rather not do the lifting. Give us a rough idea of the volume and we will quote the labour.
What if I fill the bin before the project is done?+
Call and we will swap it. In most of our service area an empty bin can replace a full one the same day or the next morning, so your crew is never standing around.
Can I put concrete, brick or soil in a regular bin?+
Those materials need a dedicated load because of their weight. Tell us up front and we will send the right bin and price the load correctly.
Do you offer weekend pickups?+
Often, yes. Saturday pickups are frequently available and we will always tell you honestly when a date is not possible rather than leaving a bin sitting on your driveway.
Do you handle recurring jobsite service?+
We do. Builders, renovators and property managers across Simcoe County run standing swap schedules with us so bins are replaced without anyone having to phone in.
